Shipping & Returns
Kendore Learning ships via the United States Post Office. Should you require a different carrier, please contact us at 770-752-1724 to make special arrangements.
Shipping rates outside of the Continental United States will be charged to the customer. Contact us to discuss international shipping.
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within two business days. We ship from Metro Atlanta, GA. Standard delivery via USPS takes between 2 to 5 business days. However, please allow up to 14 days for processing and delivery. If the merchandise you have selected is not in stock, you will be informed by email and given an expected shipping date. Once the merchandise has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email.
You may return purchased merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Some returns will incur a restocking fee. Cancellation of participation in a workshop or training session must be done at least 48 hours in advance and will incur a $10 service fee.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us at 770-752-1724 for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Unless product is damaged or shipped in error, customer is responsible for return postage. Merchandise returned must be in its original packaging and condition. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Please allow up to 15 days for processing.
If your merchandise is damaged in transit or is missing parts or accessories, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please inspect your order and contact us within 5 days of receipt in order to arrange for a replacement. After 5 days, any damaged or missing parts will not be replaced.
