Optional KLiC (Kendore Learning Instructional Community) - All About Schwa
Thursday, March 23rd
Stay on this page to register for the optional KLiC (Kendore Learning Instructional Community). This KLiC builds upon the information covered during our "All About Schwa" webinar on March 23rd.
Please plan to be present at the designated time. This KLiC will not be recorded for future viewing. Registrants must attend live.
Teachers often feel stumped by schwa, the unstressed vowel sound heard in words like "about," "family," and "banana." How do we teach this concept efficiently? What purpose does it serve in the English language? How can I help my students apply their knowledge of schwa when reading and writing? Attend our latest webinar to learn all about schwa and the best practices for teaching this concept. Executive Director Jennifer Hasser, M.Ed., will provide attendees with a better understanding of schwa during her presentation. Attend our optional KLiC (Kendore Learning Instructional Community) to receive digital resources for students of all ages and levels.
Attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance and digital materials via email after the event. Registration will close one hour before the event begins.
