This course gives teachers a deeper understanding of the Kendore Kingdom reading curriculum. We will cover advanced phonological awareness, comprehension, syntax, semantics, vocabulary, and more. We will discuss on-going assessment of student performance and subsequent adjustment of instruction. Participants will learn additional strategies for teaching fun, structured, research-based lessons using Orton-Gillingham methodologies. Materials will be provided. This course is required for Kendore Teacher Certification.
This course earns 12 professional credit hours. Certificate provided after completion of course.
Cost: $825.00 per person; includes materials. Payment or purchase order is required to confirm registration. Early registration is highly recommended.
